Please note that the official suppliers for goods and services are listed in the Exhibitor manual, in the ‘Contact’ overview and in the ‘Exhibitor services’ chapter. We strongly recommend you using only those companies for all services as these are the only companies approved by EWEA for their superior customer service and negotiated prices.

Be aware: external hotel booking agencies, catalogue providers or stand builders may attract your attention by imitating a relation with the EWEA 2014 organisers. In case of doubt, please compare with the exhibitor manual or contact Aleksandra Nowak at [email protected].
