How do I reserve a shuttle?

Do I have to pay?

No, the service is free of charge and offered to you by Viparis and the Paris Region Tourism Board.

Can I book multiple seats if I’m travelling with colleagues?

Yes, you can book up to eight seats per participant. Please note that there is a limit of one suitcase per passenger.

Can I book outside of the dates mentioned in the reservation website?

No, this service is offered exclusively from 16 to 21 November 2015.

Can I use the shuttle to go to my hotel?

No, the service is offered for transport between the arrival point (airports Roissy Charles de Gaulle and Orly, or main train stations Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon) and Paris expo Porte de Versailles.

How do I find my shuttle at arrival?

When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the arrival procedure per airport/train station.

At CDG airport

Once you arrive at Charles de Gaulle airport, a representative with a “Supershuttle” sign will be waiting in the arrival hall of your terminal to welcome you. If you cannot see a representative, please call the 24h contact number +33 (0) 800 234 679 for further instructions. Please note: this number is toll free from public phone booths.

At ORLY airport

Call our toll free number +33 (0) 800 234 679 from any phone booth and our operator will tell you where to meet your driver.

At train stations

Upon arrival at the station, please call our 24h contact number +33 (0) 800 234 679 and let us know you have arrived. Then please take the following exit:

  • Gare de Lyon: Exit “Louis Armand”, near platforms J and K (in front of hotel Mercure)
  • Gare du Nord: Exit “Napoléon III”, near platforms 9 and 10

Will the shuttle wait for me if my flight is late?

Yes, the driver has your flight number and will know if your flight is delayed. The driver will wait for you or you will be rebooked with the next shuttle.

Can I change my reservation?

If you need to modify your reservation details, please cancel your original reservation and make a new one.

If I’m late for departure from Paris expo Porte de Versailles, will the shuttle wait for me?

No, you must be on time for departure as the shuttle cannot park at the pick-up point. We advise you to be there 5 minutes before the actual departure time.

How long in advance should I book my shuttle?

Shuttles should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

How can I find my shuttle at departure?

Exit the exhibition hall and go to the left
