Travelling to Paris

Border controls are implemented with identity checks at all crossings and entry points. Please allow for extra time when travelling. Airline and rail links continue to operate, with airports remaining open. More information

Shuttles: A free shuttle service is available for transport between main arrival points (airports: Roissy Charles de Gaulle and Orly; train stations: Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon) and Paris expo Porte de Versailles. Make sure you book your shuttle at least 24 hours in advance through: http://groups.supershuttle.com/congresewea.html

Additional security measures at EWEA 2015 Annual Event

At the main entrance of EWEA 2015 (Pavilion 1, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles) there will be systematic checks of all people entering plus personal belongings (bags, luggage, etc.).

Security measures are increased throughout the city, please expect:

  • Traffic  disruptions in Paris, expect delays on all means of transport
  • Please keep a valid form of identity on you (passport/ID) at all times
