Danish Pre conference “Integration of wind power”: Sunday 15 April 2012
As part of the EWEA 2012 Annual Event, DWIA and Energinet.dk (national TSO) host a one day pre-conference focusing on grid infrastructure and integration of wind power. Focusing on the challenges in emerging markets we step by step explore the lessons learned from Danish case of integrating 25% wind power today. And we end up with a look at the challenges and tools to reach Denmark’s national target of 50% by 2020.

Conference session access ticket
A perfect opportunity for exhibition visitors and exhibitor staff who wish to get a taste of the conference delegate experience.
Exhibition visitors and exhibitor staff have the option to buy up to two conference session tickets per person.
Please note places are limited and tickets will be sold on a first-come first-served basis.
Fee: € 150 / session, maximum two session tickets per person
Networking lunch
Lunches are a perfect opportunity to discuss business while enjoying meal. Book your lunch and meet other event attendees in the designated lunch areas.
Daily networking lunches are included in conference delegates and exhibitor staff passes.
Places for exhibition visitors are limited and tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. This item is not available for purchase on site.

Unable to attend the conference sessions? You can get online access to all submitted abstracts, PowerPoint presentations, audio and video files of selected sessions, poster presentations and full papers (where available).
To order the proceedings, fill in the EWEA 2012 Annual Event Proceedings order form, which will be available after the event.

Access to online conference proceedings is included in the full four-day conference delegate passes. Pre-registered delegates will receive an e-mail with their login details to the proceedings on the first day of the conference. Daily State of Green Tours: 16-19 April
Experience the Danish energy system and wind integration first hand during EWEA 2012. We organise daily visits to:
Middelgrunden offshore wind farm
Avedøre Power Plant (biomass)
Amager Waste Incineration Plant

EWEA 2012 Business run
Do good to your business and yourself, sign up for this charity business run. The participation fee is €25 which is donated entirely to EWEA’s charity, Renewable World.
Start: 17 April 2012 at 7:00 am sharp, at the Kvaesthusbroen located opposite Skuespilhuset, Sankt Annæ Plads 1250, Copenhagen.
Two loops of 5 or 10km will be available. The EWEA 2012 Business run is organised in cooperation with Flensborg and Associates.
