Another two high level speakers have confirmed their participation in the opening session of the European Wind Energy Conference 2009, to be held in Marseille, France, from 16-19 March 2009.

Joining Andris Piebalgs, EU Energy Commissioner and Mechtilde Rothe, Vice President of the European Parliament will be Nobuo Tanaka, Executive Director of the International Energy Agency and Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, Secretary of State in France.
