The call for abstracts for EWEA 2013 closed on 16 September, and the long process of reviewing abstracts and creating a conference programme has begun! With over 560 submitted abstracts, the conference programme will continue to cover every aspect of the wind energy industry. This year, abstract submitters were asked to pay particular attention to the theme of ‘turning opportunity into reality’. Priority will be given to abstracts that present real, practical applications that conference delegates can take away and apply to their own work. Our aim is to create a conference programme full of learning opportunities for our delegates.
