EWEA - The European Wind Energy Association

The Wind Energy - The Facts book includes 6 volumes with data on wind energy technology, grid integration, economics of wind, industry and markets, environmental impacts, and scenarios and targets for wind energy.

The publication was finalised in the first year of the project by a consortium of 9 leading experts from different sectors and different countries. An executive summary of the main publication is available in English. The project results were disseminated through targeted workshops in 5 European countries (France, Hungary, Latvia, Romania and Sweden) as well as at wind energy conferences. Presentations from these events are available at the WindFacts website.
