- Badges and conference materials
- All participants will be provided with a badge upon arrival, which must be worn at all times whilst in the venue. You may also be required to show your badge at the conference reception. Participants will not be admitted to the conference and exhibition without their badges.
Should you lose your badge, please go to the registration desks for assistance.
On arrival, all participants will be provided with a bag containing event materials (subject to availability). A final copy of the conference programme will be included inside the bag.

- There is a cloakroom (free of charge) available in level A.
- Commercial opening hours in Berlin
- Banks: generally, banks in Germany are open on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. Banks are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Shops and shopping centres: shops open from 8 am to 8 pm from Monday to Saturday. Many shopping centres and department stores stay open until 10pm, but the opening hours can differ.
With just a few exceptions (airports and railway stations), all shops are closed on Sunday.

Cash points are widely available. There is no cash point at the BCC but several just across the street.
All major credit cards are widely accepted throughout Berlin in shops, restaurants, hotels, banks, etc., although not always in taxis. Foreign exchange facilities can be found at the airport, railway station and major banks.

- There is a parking - P1 Alexa-Center - close to the venue (just across the street). The fee per day is EUR 10. For more information, please visit the bcc front office located in level B.

The JetExpressBus TXL connects the airport to the main train station Hauptbahnhof and leaves the airport every 10 minutes.

The Airport Express only takes 28 minutes to reach the the main train station Hauptbahnhof from Schönefeld Airport.
By train
Berlin is served by convenient, high-speed Intercity links from all over Europe. Berlin's central station - Hauptbahnhof - is located in the city centre.
The best place to get on and off trains is the Central Station, located in the heart of the city centre (54 Jerozolimskie Av.).
