Why Vienna? Win a trip to the wind energy event of the year and find out

06.11.2012

Update: the free trip offer closed at 6pm on 16 November, 2012
In the challenging economic climate Europe finds itself, all opportunities need to be grasped.

Emerging wind energy markets are such an opportunity, and Austria is the gateway to any number of up and coming markets.

It is the crossroads of Europe and a renewable energy giant in its own right - by the year 2020, an impressive 71% of its electricity is expected to be powered by renewable energy from hydropower to wind power. Visitors to EWEA 2013 can visit some of the most impressive Austrian renewable energy plants.

Vienna will be the meeting point for the wind industry in 2013, with the EWEA 2013 Annual Event taking place in the Austrian capital on 4 – 7 February. As an event that regularly attracts thousands of participants, the 2013 conference and exhibition promises to be a memorable one.

With the location being a maximum flying time of less than three hours from any European city and ideally situated between the east and west, this event will bring together Europe’s mature and emerging wind energy markets; such a gathering provides exciting collaborative opportunities for business growth and jobs.

You can find this out for yourself, as EWEA is offering a fantastic promotion for a limited period. You could win an all-expenses paid trip to Vienna and attend EWEA 2013 Annual Event.

To enter the prize-draw and have a chance to win an all-expenses paid trip to Vienna, register as a conference delegate between 30 October and 16 November. The winner will be drawn on 16 November 18:00 CET and will win a full conference delegate pass and have their travel and accommodation paid for during the event.
