		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s good to hear that Petr did not allow himself to be discouraged by the uninformed and misguided views of the previous Czech president Vaclav Klaus - a vociferous climate change skeptic. Instead Mr Pavek decided to act at local level to improve the sustainability of his community by investing in wind power. If enough people of Mr Pavek&#039;s conviction and energy decided to make a positive change in their community (no matter how small), then central government would have no option but to sit up and pay attention. Great story by the way and I look forward to reading more from Robert van Waarden&#039;s wind energy series...]]></description>
