And in remote areas where there are no roads usually the impact can affect very few residents, so keeping 1000 m. distance away of any residence will solve any problems. Those who consider the impact on environment should know that wind turbines do a minimum effect comparing to any other production and is one of the cleanest energy source.

Poor Wind Turbines are mostly located far away from cities. Today Wind is a very advanced technology with noise with in tolerable limits that too in the nights.
