Japan has vast scope to harness Renewables. I was in Japan in 2002 on a Renewable Energy Tour and could see then itself solar PV installations and Wind Farms. Given the technical superiority and Quality conscious of Japanese,I am sure they will go all out to install both onshore and offshore wind farms.
