		<description><![CDATA[I entirely agree. Once Great Scientist from India Dr.H.J.Bhabha said “No Power is costlier than No Power&quot;. It is in this context Renewables play a major role in supplementing the Conventional power. Renewables like Solar PV,Solar Water Heaters, Solar Cookers, Solar Driers ,Small Wind Turbines,Waterpumping Windmills,Biogas plants,Microhydel have all a role in meeting the needs of Rural Areas in Developing countries as Decentralised Power.
