Subsidies for Renewables are mainly meant to create Clean Energy. Are not hidden subsidies in the form of transportation costs in Coal(Coal Thermal power)? Infact Countries like Germany,Spain,UK,Denmark etc., have done exceedingly well in Renewables because of subsidies and incentives.
