With regards Austria&#039;s target of 70% renewable electricity by 2020 this is less than the 100% target of the Scottish government for the same time.  I&#039;m assuming that you are happy to regard Scotland as a seperate country as you refered to England as a seperate country else where in the blog.]]></description>
