Please, please increase the carbon emissions target from a 20% reduction by 2020 to at least 30%.
This would mean:
1. Less fossil fuel imports
2. Less money spent to import fossil fuels
3. A more indiginous energy supply
4. JOBS, JOBS, JOBS
5. Less CO2 in the air
