		<description><![CDATA[If we agree that developing renewable energy give us job, move united countries forward my question is why we are trying to force everyone to 30% cuts. 20% is also a lot, if some coutries want to be better that is ok. They will save some money for buying fules ect. But in EU is many countries with many other problems so not all can afford to think about the future. That is sad but true. In Poland for example  is the most expensive electricity in EU. 30% makes it even more expensive. Our governmant know it and he will be agains 30% becouse they are politicians. Electricity must be cheaper then will be an agreement.]]></description>
