While this project is being billed as being massive and the largest in the world, it will only generate 570 MW, about half of a nuclear plant, and only enough to power 200,000 homes. However, it will increase the installed wind capacity in California by more than 25%. Clearly wind is still reaching only the tiniest fraction of its true potential. We need to put in place programs that will rapidly increase the amount of wind power exponentially, not by drips and drabs. If you want to work on proposals for how we can do this, I would be interested in participating in their advocacy and development. Please let me know if you are interested. Thanks,
