Christopher J. Crabtree is a lecturer in wind energy systems at Durham University, UK. He received the MEng degree in engineering from Durham in 2007 and the PhD degree from Durham in 2011 with a thesis on condition monitoring techniques for wind turbines. His research interests include reliability, condition monitoring, operations and maintenance of offshore wind farms. Much of his research has been undertaken as part of the UK EPSRC SUPERGEN Wind Energy Technologies Consortium.
