Assoc. Prof. Sandrine AUBRUN received her PhD degree in fluid mechanics in 1998 from the INP Toulouse. She got a 2-year position in ONERA and spent 4 years at the Meteorological Institute of the Hamburg University.
Since 2004, she is associate professor in PRISME laboratory, University of Orléans, France. Her research interests include wind turbine aerodynamics and wakes, physical modelling of atmospheric boundary layer, active flow control for transport and energy, turbulence and unsteady signal processing. She is responsible of a research axis of the PRISME laboratory “Flows and aerodynamical systems” and vice-president of the European Academy of Wind Energy.
